Job summary

ViaQuest, Inc. is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our long-term care team serving adults 18+ in various facilities.

The NP will conduct face-to-face assessments and ongoing visits, collaborate with facility staff, and tailor treatment plans. The ideal candidate will hold PMHNP licensure, have experience in psychiatric/mental health services, and prefer geriatric/long-term care or outpatient/telepsychiatry.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• PMHNP license required.
• Experience in psychiatric, mental, and behavioral health services.
• Long-term care and/or geriatric experience strongly preferred.
• Outpatient and tele-psychiatry experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel within assigned service area.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Long-Term Care (Adults 18+)

At ViaQuest we provide specialized, individualized psychiatric care to adults in long-term care settings. We serve residents ages 18 and above, many of whom live with complex mental health needs, chronic illness, or developmental disabilities. Our psychiatric nurse practitioners partner closely with each facility’s long-term care healthcare team to deliver individualized, high-quality mental health care for residents.
