Job summary

Lyra Health is expanding its provider network and seeking contract PMHNPs or PA-Cs to deliver evidence-based mental health care. You will conduct 30-minute video intake appointments and follow-ups, provide psychiatric evaluations and manage medications for children, teens, and young adults, within a culturally responsive framework.

The role supports both in-person and virtual care across the US, with office space required in Trenton, NJ, and the option to join Lyra’s provider network with access

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program (CCNE) or accredited PA program (ARC-PA) with psychiatry certs.
• Active DEA license strongly preferred
• Unrestricted state license in the US; minimum 2 years practice experience.
• Ability to provide in-person care from Trenton office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-minute intake medication management and regular follow-ups.
• Conduct risk assessments and longitudinal psychiatric medication treatment.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and prescribe/manage medications.
• Adhere to evidence-based guidelines for safe medication management.

Education

PMHNP or PA degree with psychiatry certification

Active DEA license

Unrestricted US professional license

Minimum 2 years practice experience

US citizenship or permanent resident
