Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide evidence-based mental health care in Reading, PA area. Services include 30‑minute intake appointments, medication management, and follow-up visits for children, teens, and young adults.

You will work in a connected network with in-person and virtual options, maintaining culturally responsive care and collaborating with Lyra’s providers and support teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program; OR graduate from an accredited PA program with PANCE.
• Unrestricted state license
• Minimum of 2 years in practice
• Preference for active DEA license
• Preference for experience with minors
• Must have office space to see clients in Reading
• Full-time resident of the United States

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via intake and follow-up appointments.
• Conduct psychiatric risk assessments and medication evaluations.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans and manage medications.
• Adhere to evidence-based medication treatment and clinical guidelines.
