Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent nurse practitioner or PA with psychiatry credentials to provide essential mental health care in New Jersey. The clinician will conduct 30-minute video intake appointments, follow-up visits, and medication management, while coordinating referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or PA program with psychiatry certification.
• Unrestricted New Jersey state license.
