Lyra Health is seeking contract Nurse Practitioners or PAs in Newark, NJ to provide evidence-based psychiatric care via 30-minute video intakes and follow-ups. You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage medications for children through young adults within a culturally responsive network.

Qualifications

• Graduate from CCNE-accredited PMHNP program.
• Unrestricted state license.
• Minimum 2 years in practice.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Preference for experience with minors.
• Must have office space to see clients in Newark.
• US resident.

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-minute intake and regular follow-ups.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and med management.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Follow evidence-based guidelines for safe pharmacotherapy.
