Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a warm and razor-smart Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to perform consultations in nursing homes across New York.

You will work with a supportive team and receive full administrative support and clinical mentorship while enjoying the autonomy of private practice and flexible hours. This role requires an MSN, an active PMHNP license, ANCC board certification, and ability to travel within New York.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.
• Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Strong patient assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with nursing home staff, residents, and families.
• Proactively follow up with patients and assess intervention efficacy.
• Provide education on best practices.
• Round at assigned nursing homes and make psychiatric medication and treatment recommendations.
• Integrate pharmacological and behavioral interventions, emphasizing non-pharmacological treatments.
