Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a compassionate psychiatric nurse practitioner to provide consultations in nursing homes in Fall River, MA. You will work with a supportive team and receive full administrative and clinical mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Work closely and collaboratively with nursing home staff, residents, and families.
• Proactively follow up with patients and assess the efficacy of recommended interventions.
• Provide education on best practices.
• Round at assigned nursing homes and recommend psychiatric medication and treatment recommendations.
• Integrate pharmacological and behavioral interventions, emphasizing non-pharmacological treatments whenever possible.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License
• ANNC Board Certification
• Ability to travel in Massachusetts
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Strong patient assessment skills
• Strong, ambitious, patient-centric work ethic
• Prolonged sitting. Computer work including keyboard and mouse use for extended periods. Lifting/moving patients.
