Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a warm and razor-smart Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to perform consultations in nursing homes across Massachusetts.

You will receive full administrative support and clinical mentorship in a private-practice style, with flexible, part-time hours and an incentive-based compensation model. Join a team of ambitious APNs and help advance senior care with a mix of pharmacologic and behavioral approaches, emphasizing non-pharmacological treatments whenever possible.

Qualifications

• Must hold Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
• Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license.
• ANCC board certification.
• Ability to travel within Massachusetts.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Strong patient assessment skills.
• Strong, ambitious, patient-centric work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with nursing home staff, residents, and families.
• Proactively follow up with patients and assess intervention efficacy.
• Provide education on best practices.
• Round at assigned nursing homes and recommend psychiatric medications and treatments.
• Integrate pharmacological and behavioral interventions, prioritizing non-pharmacological approaches.
