The position requires active MA-licensed NP/PA/MD, at least 6 months in long-term care, strong communication, and a passion for elder care. Competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Competitive salary per annum: $150,000–$200,000.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to residents in skilled nursing & long-term care facilities.
• Perform physical exams and comprehensive medical histories.
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and goals.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for residents.
