Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking warm and razor-smart psychiatric nurse practitioners to perform consultations in nursing homes. You will have full administrative support and clinical mentorship, with the flexibility and autonomy typical of private practice.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is required.
• Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License.
• ANCC Board Certification is required.
• Must be able to travel within Massachusetts.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Strong patient assessment skills and a patient-centric work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with nursing home staff, residents, and families.
• Follow up with patients and assess intervention efficacy.
• Provide education on best practices.
• Round at assigned nursing homes and recommend psychiatric medications and treatments.
• Integrate pharmacological and behavioral interventions, prioritizing non-pharmacological options when possible.
