Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contracted nurse practitioners or certified physician assistants to deliver evidence-based mental health care in the Scranton area. You will conduct 30-minute video intakes, follow-ups, and medication management within Lyra’s connected network.

You’ll provide care to diverse patients, including children and young adults, with emphasis on culturally responsive approaches and coordination with therapy and coaching services.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP or PA program.
• Unrestricted state license required.
• DEA license preferred for NPs and PA-Cs.
• Experience in mental health care with minors is a plus.
• Two years in practice minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide 30-minute psychiatric intake and regular follow-up appointments.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage medications.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Follow evidence-based guidelines and ensure safe medication practices.
