Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner to join its provider network in Lehigh County, Allentown. You will provide essential clinical care, conducting psychiatric evaluations and medication management through live video appointments.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, diagnostic expertise, and family engagement, while offering flexibility in scheduling. Join us to deliver culturally-responsive care to children and teens.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited (CCNE) Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program or an accredited PA program with certification.
• Minimum of 2 years in practice, with a strong preference for experience with minors.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive mental health medication management via a 60-minute intake appointment.
• Perform psychiatric medication evaluations and construct patient-centered treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based treatment through live video intake and follow-up appointments.
