Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or PA program with psychiatry certification.
• Unrestricted state license and a minimum of 2 years in practice.
• Active DEA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health medication management via intake appointments.
• Perform psychiatric evaluations and manage medication.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
