Job summary

Geode Health is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to join our expanding national outpatient mental health network. The role involves delivering psychiatric evaluations, follow-ups, and urgent consultations for adults and/or children/adolescents, while maintaining strict patient confidentiality and driving high-quality care.

The ideal candidate is PMHNP-certified, licensed to practice, and comfortable using EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Must hold current license/registration to practice.
• PMHNP certification and state license required.
• Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care, including evaluations, follow-ups, and urgent and emergent consultations.
• Document and navigate EHR independently and timely.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
• Create individualized treatment plans with the care team based on data and history.
• Evaluate need for higher level of care, including hospitalization.
• Educate patients on medications and adherence and aftercare services.
• Collaborate with supervising physician to improve patient outcomes.
