Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract NPs or PA-Cs to provide evidence-based mental health care through a connected network across the US. You will perform 30-minute video intake appointments, monitor patients, and manage psychiatric medications for children, teens, and young adults in Reading and surrounding areas.

Candidates must hold PMHNP or psychiatry-certified PA-C credentials, have an active state license and a DEA number, and be able to work full-time in a permission-based, contract role

Qualifications

• Must have psychiatric medication management experience
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and longitudinal care
• Strong patient communication and culturally responsive care
• Experience with minors is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct 30-minute video intake appointments and follow-ups
• Perform psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations
• Adhere to evidence-based care guidelines and safety protocols
• Coordinate referrals to therapy and coaching within Lyra network
