Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC in Paramus, NJ is expanding our psychiatric services to include medication management, TMS and Spravato. We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a valid DEA and CDS in New Jersey to join our team.

Qualifications

• Licensed in New Jersey as PMHNP-BC or advanced practice nurse with psychiatric certification.
• DEA license with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in multidisciplinary team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for patients requiring medication management, TMS and Spravato.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and state regulations.
• Collaborate with TMS and Spravato providers to ensure integrated, comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to program development as we expand medication management services.
