Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide medication management, TMS and Spravato services at the Paramus, NJ office. Candidates must hold a valid NJ PMHNP-BC (or APRN with psychiatric certification) and a DEA with prescriptive authority.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care within a collaborative, growing practice focused on evidence-based treatments and a multidisciplinary team approach.

Qualifications

• Licensed in New Jersey as PMHNP-BC or Advanced Practice Nurse with psychiatric certification.
• DEA license with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary mental health team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for medication management, TMS and Spravato.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with guidelines and state regulations.
• Collaborate with TMS and Spravato providers to ensure integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to program development as we expand services.
