Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers in Paramus, NJ, is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to lead medication management and TMS/Spravato services in our growing practice. The PMHNP will conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, prescribe psychotropic medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team while maintaining thorough EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed in New Jersey as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Advanced Practice Nurse with psychiatric certification.
• DEA license with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary mental health team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow‑up visits for patients requiring medication management, TMS and Spravato.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence‑based guidelines and state regulations.
• Collaborate with additional TMS and Spravato® providers to ensure integrated, comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to program development as we expand medication management services.

We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a valid DEA and CDS in the state of New Jersey to join our team at our Paramus, NJ office.
