Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our Paramus, NJ team. The role focuses on comprehensive medication management, TMS, and Spravato treatments within a growing mental health practice.

Applicants must hold NJ PMHNP-BC or equivalent, with a DEA license and prescriptive authority. Outpatient experience and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed in New Jersey as a PMHNP-BC or Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse.
• DEA license with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in multidisciplinary team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow‑up visits for patients requiring medication management, TMS and Spravato.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence‑based guidelines and state regulations.
• Collaborate with TMS and Spravato providers to ensure integrated, comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to program development as the service expands.

Oasis Mental Health Centers (oasismhcenters.com) is expanding our clinical services beyond TMS and Spravato® treatments to include comprehensive psychiatric medication management. We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a valid DEA and CDS in the state of New Jersey to join our team at our Paramus, NJ office.

The ideal candidate is patient-centered, collaborative, and motivated to help shape a growing service line within a supportive and innovative mental health practice.

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow‑up visits for patients requiring medication management, TMS and Spravato.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence‑based guidelines and state regulations.
• Collaborate with additional TMS and Spravato® providers to ensure integrated, comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to program development as we expand medication management services.
