Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC in Paramus, NJ seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to lead medication management alongside TMS and Spravato services. A valid NJ license and DEA are required to join our patient-centered team, which values collaborative, evidence-based care.

You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage treatment plans, prescribe psychotropic medications, and maintain EMR documentation, contributing to program development as we expand our medication

Qualifications

• Licensed in New Jersey as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Advanced Practice Nurse with psychiatric certification.
• DEA license with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary mental health team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for medication management, TMS and Spravato.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and state regulations.
• Collaborate with additional TMS and Spravato providers to ensure integrated, comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to program development as we expand medication management services.
