Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract NP/PA-C to provide evidence-based psychiatric care to children through young adults in the Reading area. You will conduct 60-minute intake appointments, perform follow-ups, and manage medications within a connected Lyra network that supports cultural responsiveness and access to care.

Applicants should have PMHNP or PA with psychiatry credentials, a current license, and a minimum of two years’ practice.

Qualifications

• PMHNP program accredited in psychiatric-mental health.
• Unrestricted state license required for practice.
• Minimum of 2 years in practice.
• DEA license preferred for providers.
• Preference for working with minors and in-person options.
• Office space available in Reading for client sessions.
• Must be a full-time resident of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via 60-minute intake and follow-ups.
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and psychiatric medication evaluations.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications following best practice guidelines.
