• Seeing 17-20 patients per day
• Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

Flexibility to work one weekend day instead of a weekday.

• FQHC delivering comprehensive primary care services through 3 health centers
• Employed salary: $250k-$300k (depending on experience)
• Designated as a Level 3, the highest recognition within the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)
• Fully employed position with health, dental, retirement, and malpractice insurance
• HPSA score of 20

Qualifying facility for NHSC & PSLF programs.
