Connectivity Behavioral Health & Wellness in New Braunfels, Texas, seeks a part-time contracted PMHNP-BC to join a new co-occurring mental health and substance use PHP/IOP day program. The PMHNP will provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management.

Qualifications

• Current PMHNP-BC certification and Texas licensure.
• Active, unrestricted Texas RN and APRN licenses; prescriptive authority.
• DEA registration when required.
• Experience conducting psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders preferred.
• Experience in PHP/IOP, outpatient psychiatry, residential, or addiction treatment preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.
• Interest in measurement-informed care and whole-person treatment approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing follow-up care.
• Perform appropriate medical assessments and collaborate with Medical Director and treatment team.
• Participate in treatment planning and utilize measurement-informed outcomes.
• Utilize Brain Frequency as part of assessments and care planning.
• Help establish psychiatric services as the program grows.
• Work within the new co-occurring PHP/IOP day program in New Braunfels, TX.

Connectivity Behavioral Health & Wellness is seeking a part‑time contracted Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our new co-occurring mental health and substance use PHP/IOP day program in New Braunfels, Texas.

The PMHNP will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, ongoing follow‑up care, and appropriate medical assessments while collaborating with our Medical Director, Clinical Director, therapists, and multidisciplinary treatment team. The provider will also participate in treatment planning, utilize Trac9 measurement‑informed outcomes, Brain Frequency, and help establish psychiatric services as the program grows.

• Current PMHNP-BC certification
