Job summary

Connectivity Behavioral Health & Wellness in New Braunfels, Texas, is seeking a part-time contracted PMHNP-BC to join a new co-occurring mental health and substance use PHP/IOP day program. The PMHNP will conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, follow-up care, and medical assessments, collaborating with the Medical Director and a multidisciplinary team.

Experience with PHP/IOP, measurement-informed care, and Brain Frequency tools is desired; Texas licensure, DEA, and prescriptive

Qualifications

• Must hold PMHNP-BC certification and active Texas RN license.
• Experience conducting psychiatric evaluations and providing medication management.
• Experience with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders preferred.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with PHP/IOP or addiction treatment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management within a PHP/IOP program.
• Offer ongoing follow-up care and medical assessments in collaboration with the Medical Director.
• Participate in treatment planning and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Utilize Trac9 measurement-informed outcomes and Brain Frequency in care planning.
