Job summary

Connectivity Behavioral Health & Wellness in New Braunfels, TX seeks a part-time contracted PMHNP-BC to join a new PHP/IOP day program for co-occurring mental health and substance use care.

The PMHNP will perform psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing follow-up, collaborating with the Medical Director, Clinical Director, therapists, and a multidisciplinary treatment team. Experience with co-occurring disorders is preferred and DEA registration as required.

Qualifications

• Current PMHNP-BC certification.
• Active Texas RN and APRN licenses.
• Prescriptive authority licensed in Texas.
• DEA registration when required.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Experience in PHP/IOP/outpatient psychiatry beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Provide ongoing follow-up care and medical assessments.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, therapists, and treatment team.
• Participate in treatment planning and outcomes measurement.
