Job summary

College Medical Center Phoenix is seeking a dedicated LPN for the AM shift in our Nursing Department. In this full-time role, you’ll provide safe, therapeutic patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and contribute to a respectful, healing environment for those in need.

Qualifications include active LPN licensure, current BLS, Level One Fingerprint Clearance, and CPI certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must hold active LPN license.
• Fingerprints: Level One clearance required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers current.
• Minimum 6 months psychiatric experience.
• CPI certification within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year acute psychiatric inpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report changes in patient conditions promptly.
• Monitor safety and assist with crisis situations.
• Assist in admissions, data collection, and unit orientation.
• Document patient interactions and responses to interventions.
• Collaborate with RNs and teams to implement care plans.
