Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of psychiatric experience required.
• CPI Certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute psychiatric inpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe, record, and report changes in patients’ conditions promptly.
• Monitor safety within the therapeutic milieu.
• Assist in the admission process, including data collection.
• Document relevant patient interactions and data.
• Collaborate with RNs to evaluate individualized care plans.
