Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Psychiatric LPN for a travel assignment in Oconomowoc, WI. The role focuses on applying the nursing process, delivering compassionate psychiatric care, and collaborating with the care team under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.

The Psychiatric orMental/Behavioral Health LPN is responsible and accountable for the applicationof the nursing process and the delivery of patient care in the psychiatric unitof a hospital, mental health/behavioral health hospital, or they can be responsiblefor care in community settings.

The LPN must demonstrate the ability to make clinicaljudgments in an effective and efficient manner with the supervision of aRegistered Nurse and in collaboration with the care team.

Minimum Requirements

• Current LPN license in state of assignment

• 1 year experience in a psychiatric or behavioral health caresetting preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
