Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System in Radcliff, KY is seeking a Unit Manager to lead a psychiatric inpatient care unit serving patients from adolescence to older adults. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety, care quality, and staff scheduling to meet census and acuity needs.

Qualifications

Current license to practice nursing in Kentucky (or eligible to receive or renew).
Current CPR or BLS certification.
Desire to work in a psychiatric inpatient setting with patients of various ages.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall functioning of the patient care unit
Assigns appropriate numbers and mix of staff as guided by the staffing plan based on census and patient acuity.
Responsible for directing and supervising staff in all clinical and administrative matters, ensuring that accreditation standards, practice standards, and policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
