Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System’s quality services are provided by psychiatrists, licensed therapists, certified alcohol and drug counselors, activity therapists and teachers. As a Unit Manager you will work in an engaging environment with a team of professionals dedicated to the healing and health of the patients we serve. You will provide compassionate, hands-on support that addresses the physical, social, and behavioral needs of each patient.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Current license to practice nursing in Kentucky (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with patients aged 5-65yrs+.
• Responsible for the overall functioning of the patient care unit
• Assigns appropriate numbers and mix of staff as guided by the staffing plan based on census and patient acuity.
• Responsible for directing and supervising staff in all clinical and administrative matters, ensuring that accreditation standards, practice standards, and policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
