Job summary

Center for Living and Learning (CLL) seeks a Healthcare Manager to oversee medical management for residents at our nonprofit residential treatment facility in Tennessee. The role ensures quality care, staff coordination, and licensing compliance to support residents’ well-being.

You will supervise nursing staff, manage medications, maintain records, and collaborate on treatment plans while engaging families and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• RN license required with PMH-BC preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum three years of psychiatric mental health nursing experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents with acute or chronic conditions and monitor their needs.
• Regularly assess medical needs and coordinate appointments.
• Manage medications, inventory, and pharmacy orders under physician guidance.
• Train and supervise direct care staff on administering medications.
• Maintain resident medical records and digital calendars.
• Ensure HIPAA adherence and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with families and participate in treatment planning.
