Job summary

Koru Health is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead our Assisted Living and Memory Care programs. Under the guidance of the Executive Director, you will oversee daily operations, medication management, and resident assessments to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

You will supervise clinical staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote safety and continuous improvement while supporting residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent healthcare certification.
• Proven experience in senior care, assisted living, or memory care settings.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to assisted living and healthcare services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to assess complex medical situations and make sound clinical decisions.
• Compassionate approach with a commitment to resident-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical assessments for new admissions and ongoing evaluations of residents.
• Oversee medication management, including administration and documentation.
• Maintain accurate resident medical records, care plans, and related documentation.
