Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Louisiana RN licensure is required.
• Minimum 3 years of recent medical-surgical or psychiatric clinical experience.
• Knowledge of current medical-surgical and psychiatric nursing practices.
• Strong therapeutic verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Ability to form a sound therapeutic alliance with patients.
• Ability to explain healthcare issues and engage in shared decision-making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
