Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attends work regularly and may work a specific shift schedule or rotating shifts.
• Assists with activities of daily living, hygiene, and eating to promote independence and self-care.
• Accompanies patients to appointments as required.
• Promotes safety through environmental awareness and positive engagement of patients.
• Co-facilitates groups as assigned or requested.
• Communicates with the recovery team and provides timely patient information.
