Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually.
• Self-starter, with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Driving is an essential duty of this job; must have a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Meeting and complying with reasonable industry-standard credentialing requirements of healthcare providers / customer facilities is required for continued employment with Lundbeck.

Responsibilities

• Leads territory planning using data insights to optimize sales execution and resource allocation.
• Delivers clear, compelling messages to customers, probes needs, handles objections, and closes with action commitments.
• Builds and maintains productive internal and external relationships aligned to customer needs and company goals.
• Gathers market trends and applies therapeutic knowledge to uncover opportunities within Psychiatry/CNS.
• Keeps informed on reimbursement dynamics and addresses payer access issues leveraging Lundbeck resources.
• Applies pharmaceutical regulatory knowledge and adheres to Lundbeck policies and FDA regulations.
