Qualifications

• Strong customer service and triage skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess walk‑ins and calls to determine services or referrals and schedule initial psychiatric assessments.
• Answer inquiry calls, present options, document calls, and schedule admissions.
• Collaborate with business office to streamline admissions and triage patients.
• Provide clerical support and data entry into the electronic record system.
• Maintain forms and supplies for the Care Coordination Department.
• Check in belongings, process consent forms, and coordinate admission paperwork.
• Schedule assessments, orient patients, assist with discharges, and forward docs to referral sources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
