Job summary

InnerMost in Manhattan, NY, seeks a Psychotherapist (LMSW) for a W2 hourly hybrid role. In-person at NYC location required. Compensation: $60/hour.

You will hold the primary therapeutic relationship, guiding clients through prep, psychedelic experience, and integration, with supervision as you work toward full licensure. The position emphasizes collaboration with prescribers, nurses, and a multidisciplinary team, maintaining rigorous clinical standards in a patient-centered, safety-first

Qualifications

• LMSW actively working toward full licensure.
• Excellent clinical skills with strong presence and judgment.
• Able to commit to 20 patient-facing hours per week plus supervision and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions including preparation and integration with psychedelic-assisted therapy.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 patient-facing clinical hours per week; up to 30 hours preferred.
• Coordinate with prescribers, nurses, and care team to ensure coherent care.
• Document sessions accurately in the EHR and maintain reliable medical records.
