InnerMost in Manhattan seeks an experienced RN to support patients before, during, and after psychedelic therapy on a fast-moving floor. You will start IVs, monitor lines, and provide warm, attentive bedside care throughout treatment.

The role is in-person, 20 hours per week on a 1099 contract with a path to full-time. Requirements include NY RN license, BLS certification, EMR proficiency, and strong clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing (New York)
• Active BLS certification
• Experience in high-volume clinical environments preferred
• Comfortable with EMR and care-coordination tools
• Strong clinical judgment and bedside manner

Responsabilités

• Direct patient care before, during, and after psychedelic therapy sessions
• Place and monitor IV lines with confidence
• Monitor vitals and patient status; escalate when needed
• Administer medications per protocol and manage adverse events
• Coordinate with therapists, physicians, and care teams to ensure seamless care
