Thriving Center of Psychology seeks Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) for a full-time, salaried role with a hybrid schedule, working remotely with 1 day per week in one of our NYC offices.

You will deliver individual psychotherapy to adults, using CBT/DBT/ACT, and maintain compliant documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), CEU stipend, gym reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active, clear New York LMHC license is required.
• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of independent outpatient therapy experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver individual psychotherapy to adults (in-person and via telehealth).
• Utilize evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT).
• Participate in weekly case consultations and peer support.
• Maintain concise, compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (LCSWs, LMHCs, LMFTs).
