NRT | Foundry Treatment Center is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a temporary 5-month assignment at Foundry Front Range (Broomfield, CO). The role involves patient assessment, diagnosing, formulating treatment plans, prescribing medications, and education, with on-call duties and ~40–45 hours weekly.
Colorado-licensed PMHNP or PA-C is required, along with DEA and BLS. The candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience, strong ethics, and HIPAA
Competenze
- Must hold Colorado PMHNP or PA-C license.
- 2+ years of psychiatry or detox experience preferred.
- BLS certification required.
Mansioni
- Provide direct client care with education, counseling and support.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose conditions and prescribe treatments.
- Educate clients and their families.
- Consult other physicians as appropriate.
- Ensure care complies with laws and ethical standards.
- Maintain documentation including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Complete detox admission/discharge summaries and RTC/PHP discharge summaries as indicated.
