Job summary

Foundry Front Range in Colorado is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and education within a detox/substance abuse setting. Reports to the Medical Director and works full-time on-site at Foundry Front Range (Broomfield).

The role requires CO NP/PA licensure, 2+ years of experience (psychiatric/substance abuse preferred), and BLS. Salary ranges from $120,000 to $137,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Masters of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must be licensed in Colorado as a Nurse Practitioner or PA-C and registered with DORA.
• 2+ years of experience; psychiatric and/or substance abuse/detox experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care via health services, education, counseling, and emotional support with compassion.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose conditions.
• Prescribe treatments, including medications and simple office procedures.
• Educate clients and their families.
• Consult other physicians as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Maintain documentation of services including plans and progress notes.
