Job summary

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Foundry Front Range provides patient assessment and diagnosis, performs office procedures, and develops treatment plans in a clinical setting in Broomfield, CO.

The role requires CO licensure as NP or PA, 2+ years of experience (psychiatric/substance abuse preferred), BLS, and proficiency with EMR and MS Office; on-call availability, ethics, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Masters of Science in Nursing or PA degree from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed in Colorado as a Nurse Practitioner or PA-C and registered with DORA.
• 2+ years experience; psychiatric/substance abuse experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care including education and counseling with compassion.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests; diagnose conditions.
• Prescribe treatments, including medications and simple procedures.
• Educate clients and families; consult with physicians as needed.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with laws, regulations and standards.
• Collaborate to implement standard-of-care guidelines; complete detox/discharge steps as indicated.
