Oasis Mental Health Centers is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our Paramus, NJ team. The role expands our clinical services beyond TMS and Spravato to include comprehensive psychiatric medication management.

You will conduct evaluations and follow-up visits, develop treatment plans, prescribe psychotropic medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team; NJ license and DEA with prescriptive authority required.

Formación

• Licensed in New Jersey as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Advanced Practice Nurse with psychiatric certification.
• DEA license with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for patients requiring medication management, TMS and Spravato.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and state regulations.
• Collaborate with additional TMS and Spravato providers to ensure integrated, comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to program development as we expand medication management services.
