Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client in the Oil & Gas and Energy Infrastructure sector seeks a PSV Maintenance Planner (SAP S/4HANA) to coordinate maintenance and reliability activities for PSV programs in Spring, TX.

The role requires 5+ years of planning experience, strong SAP PM/SAP S/4HANA skills, PSV knowledge, and a TWIC card. You will partner with Operations and Maintenance to drive schedules, outages, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance planning experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, Pipeline, or related facilities.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PM and SAP S/4HANA maintenance planning processes.
• Solid technical understanding of Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs) and maintenance execution requirements.
• Valid TWIC card in good standing.
• Experience creating maintenance schedules, job packs, and work plans while supporting regulatory compliance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance and reliability activities for PSV programs.
• Develop detailed job plans and schedules using SAP S/4HANA.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and work with Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Support outage planning, backlog management, and maintenance compliance initiatives.
• Generate KPI reports and support continuous improvement.
