Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Planner in Spring, TX to support the Maintenance & Reliability organization. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities for critical industrial assets, using SAP to create detailed work packages and outage plans.

Strong planning, communication, and a detail-oriented mindset are essential. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of maintenance planning experience in heavy industry, SAP S/4HANA expertise, and an electrical maintenance

Qualifications

5+ years of maintenance planning experience in industrial environments such as oil & gas, petrochemical or LNG.
Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience creating maintenance schedules, job plans and outage plans.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance and reliability activities for critical assets.
Develop detailed job plans and work packages using SAP, including labor, materials, permits, and equipment requirements.
Coordinate maintenance schedules, outages, and work execution with operations, maintenance and engineering teams.
Manage maintenance backlogs, prioritize work orders, and optimize resources.
Track KPIs and compliance metrics while supporting continuous improvement.
