Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Beaumont, TX to plan and coordinate maintenance and reliability activities for safe, cost-efficient operations. You will develop detailed work plans, schedules, and packages for routine and outage work, ensuring materials, tools, permits, and documentation are ready for execution.

Candidate must have 5+ years in maintenance planning with SAP experience in Oil & Gas or petrochemical settings, strong SAP S/4HANA and MS Office skills, and

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience utilizing SAP in the Oil and Gas, or petrochemical facilities.
• Heavy working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Planning, Scheduling and Execution processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain or ability to maintain a TWIC card in good standing status.
• State Issued Current and Valid Driver’s License; Technical Degree or similar is a plus.
• Scheduling software definition and build experience is a plus.
• Prometheus experience is preferred.
• Experience with project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera P6 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance and reliability activities to support safe, efficient operations.
• Develop detailed maintenance work plans, job packages, and schedules for routine, corrective, preventive, and outage work.
• Ensure resources, materials, tools, permits, and documentation are available for successful execution.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability and Supply Chain teams to prioritize work.
• Support KPI reporting, schedule compliance analysis, and budget planning.
• Utilize SAP and CMMS systems to create and manage work orders and records.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
