Job summary

Energy Transfer in Texas is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to optimize maintenance planning using SAP Plant Maintenance, coordinating with technical, maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

You will develop weekly technician schedules, define parts, secure resources, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards while maintaining accurate backlog and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• The Associate Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and 0-6 years of relevant work experience.
• The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Solid computer skills including Excel are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, plan, schedule, and follow-up on the job plan for all planned and corrective work.
• Actively participate in scheduling meetings with operation partners to finalize priorities.
• Develop preliminary workforce schedules by technician ensuring skill requirements and resource availability.
• Communicate schedules to maintenance, production, stores, and engineering.
• Ensure safety is the highest priority in all activities.
