Are you looking for an opportunity to ignite your full potential and make a difference in consumers' lives with high-quality products? As a Technician Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring product quality and safety.

Your Team

This role reports to the Line Leader and is based in Chachoengsao, Thailand.

What Success Looks Like

You will contribute to basic production tasks under qualification and mentorship, primarily performing simple, repetitive operational tasks following defined standards, CBA, and SOPs. Maintaining product quality and safety is your fundamental responsibility. You will also take some accountability for team-level system management.

Responsibilities of the Role

• Learn new knowledge and master technical skills.
• Perform work meeting expectations, such as part exchange during maintenance, process adjustments under guidance, troubleshooting, developing Kaizen initiatives, and implementing CIL.
• Qualify on-line QC skills.
• Implement team-level system work independently.
• Participate in shift-change meetings and small group activities like AM activities and loss reduction initiatives.
• Follow GMP standards, safe practices, and SOPs.
• Use E-systems for data handling, such as E-learning.
• Own equipment or DMS systems.
• Ensure products meet P&G standards and volume targets.
• Attend end-of-shift meetings and update daily results in the scorecard.
• Manage more than two systems or Equipment Rank B.
• Maintain area cleanliness and compliance with GMP, QAC, and 5S standards.
• Conduct BO&F audits and operate packing lines safely.
• Follow SOPs, JSA, and safety practices.
• Build AM/PM capabilities and develop CIL/Maintenance standards.
• Implement CIL and PM tasks, updating tracking sheets and plans.
• Develop troubleshooting skills using failure analysis and Why-Why tools.
• Become an expert with deep technical mastery of your machine.
• Develop procedures, DMS, and tracking systems to sustain results.

Job Qualifications

• High vocational or bachelor’s degree in technical, operation, production, electrical power, electronics, or related fields.
• Prioritize safety.
• Strong logical problem-solving and operational excellence skills.
• Ability to work effectively with others and under pressure.
• Willingness to work at Bangna-Trad highway km.36 and on shift schedules.
