PTCB CERTIFICATION REQUIRED!

Must be a current Licensed Pharmacy Technician in any of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Montana, Ohio, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Kentucky, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, or West Virginia.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:30am-7:00pm PST or 11:30am-8:00pm PST

Responsibilities

• Input and interpret medication orders accurately into the system, ensuring compliance with standards
• Perform drug calculations and resolve claim denials and adjudications
• Maintain knowledge of Medicaid claim regulations
• Generate reports on unpaid or pending claims
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist with drug preparation and dispensing under supervision
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in pharmacy setting
• Knowledge of drugs, medication terminology, and metric system; computer skills
• Licenses/Certifications as required by state
• Attention to detail, goal-oriented, team player, strong communication skills
