Job summary

Manhattan Associates is seeking a PSO Operations Intern to support the global PSO Operations team with data, tools, and processes for staffing, time entry, billing, and project health. You will build Excel reports, dashboards, and automate recurring tasks while learning Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira/Confluence, and Power BI within a collaborative environment.

• Build, maintain, and enhance Excel-based reports and dashboards.
• Support Power BI reporting and data validation for dashboards.
• Assist with time entry, audits, and case management analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Excel/Power BI/Salesforce.
• Help automate recurring operational tasks with macros and Power Automate.
• Support audits to ensure data quality and financial accuracy.
• Assist onboarding and access workflows for interns and PSO resources.
